Big News: Meet Our New Assistant Property Managers!

We’re thrilled to announce the promotions of two incredible team members who have been crushing it behind the scenes — Ms. Geraldine Simpson (aka Ms. Gerri!) and Addie Asencio! Starting July 28, 2025, they’ll both be stepping into their new roles as Assistant Property Managers here at VPG.

If you’ve had the pleasure of working with Ms. Gerri or Addie, you already know they bring the perfect mix of hustle and heart to everything they do. From handling day-to-day operations like pros to making our residents feel right at home, these two have consistently gone above and beyond.

Whether it’s solving problems before they even pop up or keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, Ms. Gerri and Addie are the kind of people who make VPG feel like family.
