This acquisition marks an exciting milestone as our 1st High-Rise property, featuring all studio and one-bedroom apartments.

As we begin this next chapter, VPG Construction will lead the renovations, this renovation program will help us bring new energy to the building while enhancing the experience for current and future residents.
