Great things are happening at VPG, including the promotion of several of our team members across the organization.

Jack, our Staff Accountant, was recently promoted to the leadership teams for both VPG Construction and VPG Holdings. A well-deserved promotion, Jack spent his first year at VPG strengthening our finance team, one number at a time, by consistently pushing for greater efficiency, stronger processes, and greater team accountability to the data. This promotion to the leadership team positions him at the forefront of strategy development. Jack continues to push the team to think outside the box and lead with data, and we are confident that the growth we've seen under his expertise is just the beginning.

Shannon, our Director of Marketing and Development, was recently promoted to the VPG Holdings leadership team, making her SAM (Sales, Administration, and Marketing) team a true centralized function for VPG. Shannon brings process efficiency, branding expertise, organization, and infrastructure to the team, making her skill set a necessary addition to VPG Holdings. Similar to her role on VPG Construction's leadership team, Shannon will support the holdings team with strategy development and by bridging the gap between the holdings team and the company brand, marketing initiatives, and administrative support.

Molly, who joined VPG as a Human Resources Coordinator, was recently promoted to HR Generalist. Since joining VPG, Molly has brought structure, stability, and unparalleled support to our HR Department, all coupled with a warm smile, an inviting demeanor, and a cheerful attitude. Her passion for people, alongside her commitment to creating fair, equitable systems that strengthen our organization and keep our people top of mind, made her promotion a no-brainer. This transition for Molly is the first of many steps we're taking to grow our HR team, and we couldn't be more excited.
