Congratulations on your promotion, Aleta!

Please join me in congratulating Aleta on her recent promotion to Director of Property Management!

In this new role, Aleta will oversee a new tier of senior leadership being built within the Management Operations team, added to support recent property acquisitions and our plans to scale as an organization.

This promotion comes as no surprise, as Aleta has always been deeply entrenched in building a property management operations machine that supports our ambition to enrich the quality of life for our tenants, one community at a time.

She started her career with VPG just 5 years ago as a property manager and has worked vigorously to grow within the organization and build pathways for other team members to follow.
