December Birthdays & Work Anniversaries 🎉

December is a big month around here and not just because Shannon has officially turned the office into a Hallmark movie set. As we close out the year, we get to celebrate some incredible teammates who bring energy, heart, and a whole lot of joy to VPG every single day.

🎉 December 1 — Damon Variste

Kicking off the month with the brightest smile in the building! Damon shows up every day ready to help, ready to laugh, and ready to bring good vibes to the team. Happiest Birthday, Damon!

🎄 December 3 — Shannon Stecker

Shannon’s love for December is legendary. It’s her birthday and the month she gets to unleash her full Christmas spirit on the office (something we are all happy about!) From decorations, to music, and enough cheer to power the Griswold house. We appreciate every bit of it. Happy Birthday, Shannon!

🌞 December 12 — Josh D’Arcangelo

A human ray of sunshine and the backbone of VPG Development. Josh keeps the deals moving, the vibes high, and (when we’re lucky) graces us with a TikTok cameo. Happy Birthday, Josh!

🏆 December 27 — Mr. Bill Forster

Our walking challenge champion and the king of consistent steps (have you seem how big the Neurology Center is?!)! Mr. Bill shows us that discipline wins every time. Wishing you the happiest birthday, Mr. Bill!

✨ December 28 — Molly Sullivan

Molly absolutely crushed the Thanksgiving-to-Christmas office transformation. Always willing to help, always ready to jump in. Molly, we hope your birthday is as amazing as you are!

👏 December 2 — Dwayne Barthelemy (1 Year!)

One year in, and what a year it’s been! Dwayne has gone above and beyond since day one, always ready to help and always doing it with excellence. Thank you for an outstanding year, Dwayne!

🩼 December 2 — Whitney Jordan (1 Year!)

Our very own Gimpy - thanks to her well known and loud crutches. Here’s to hoping 2026 kicks off with two fully functional legs! Happy 1 year Anniversary, Whitney!

⚾ December 10 — Mike Meredith (15 Years!)

From pro baseball player to CEO, Mike’s journey is one for the books. Fifteen years of grit, growth, and leadership have turned VPG into what it is today. Thank you for everything, Mike and happy 15 years!

Our coach, our COO, and one third of the dream team that leads us everyday. Andre’s discipline and leadership helped take a dream and turn it into a thriving company. Happy 15 years, Andre. Thank you for helping build VPG from the ground up!
