HR Corner - W-2's, Townhall, Family & Friends Day

Good Morning Spartans,

Happy Friday! We have a few important events coming up, so please make sure to read the following closely.

W-2 forms will be sent via mail no later than January 31^st, 2026. If you have not received your W-2 by mid-February, please contact Delta at DASHR@deltapeo.com. Please ensure we have the correct address on file, which can be updated on the employee portal, under “Personal.” You can elect to download your W-2 through our employee portal, https://das-ep.prismhr.com/uex/. When logged in, select “Taxes” on the left side,  then W-2, and here you can elect to receive your W-2 virtually, and it will be available for download when Delta releases the W-2’s. Delta is transitioning to a new software, and we will share information about our new employee portal in the coming weeks!

Next Friday, February 6^th, we have our 2026 Townhall meeting. This meeting is MADATORY for all full-time VPG employees (1099 workers do not apply). We will be at the Pan American Life Center (601 Poydras St, New Orleans, 70130) from 9 am – 1 pm. Please arrive early to enjoy breakfast, as the agenda starts firmly at 9 am. We are eager to share all the exciting things on the horizon for VPG!

The following Friday, February 13^th, our 4^th annual Friends & Family Crawfish Boil is back! We will be at Morris FX Jeff Sr. Park (2529 General Meyer Avenue New Orleans, LA 70114) from 12pm – 5 pm. Please share this invitation with your family & friends, we hope they can join us for a day of fun and fellowship.
