New Employee Portal Coming Soon

Good Morning Team,

Hope you all had a pleasant weekend. Delta has launched a new software for our employee portal. We will no longer be with Prisim, the new platform is called ProSoftware. You received an email last night from alerts@prosoftware.com to your personal email address with the subject “Welcome.” This is not spam mail; this email has the credentials you needed to log in.

In the email, click on the blue ProSoftware hyperlink. You will then be promoted to input that last 4 digits of your social security number. Then, it will ask you if you’d like to sign up for mobile alerts, and ask you to set up three security questions for your account. Following that, you will be promoted to put in your current password (this is the one they sent in the email) and set a new password. Every time you log in, you will be required to verify your identity with a security question, or a verification code sent to your phone/email.

Further communication is coming regarding how to navigate the platform itself. In the meantime, please come to me with any questions or if you are running into issues. For our hourly team members who clock in/out, you can continue to do so on Time Works Plus, as well as request time off.
