Welcome to the Team, Fred!

Please join us in welcoming Fred Carter to the VPG team, where he will be working on our Management Operations team in the Maintenance Department.

A New Orleans native, Fredrick brings hands-on experience and a strong work ethic to our maintenance operations. Prior to joining VPG, he worked as a truck driver and hotshot owner-operator, demonstrating both independence and accountability in his work.

He describes himself as down-to-earth, easy to get along with, and always willing to learn and teach others who are eager to grow.

Fun Fact: Fredrick loves seafood, supports any Louisiana sports team, and enjoys spending his free time playing football with his kids and connecting with the elderly in his community. He is also a fan of all shades of pink and blue and keeps fruit snacks from Whole Foods in rotation.

We are excited to have Fredrick join our maintenance team and look forward to the positive impact he will make across our communities.
